Hi, I’m Jessica!
Transitioning from the startup scene to focusing on Scrum and Agile, I've found where I truly want to make an impact. With a background in Customer Success and Design, I bring a unique perspective to the table—especially when it comes to understanding and prioritizing the voice of the customer in product development.
My exposure to Agile methodologies in a startup environment has prepared me to step into a Scrum Master role confidently. It’s not just about facilitating and tasks; for me, it's about embracing servant leadership. Whether I'm at my full-time job, or helping out in retail at a local pottery factory, I'm always looking for ways to support and elevate the team around me.
What excites me the most about becoming a Scrum Master is the opportunity to apply my knack for problem-solving and user experience in a way that directly impacts team dynamics and project success. My aim is to bring the principles of customer collaboration and valuing individuals and interactions into every aspect of my work.
I’m actively looking for opportunities to dive deeper into the Scrum and Agile world, make connections with those already in the field, and land my first role as a Scrum Master. Continuous learning and improvement in Agile skills are my top priorities.
